Data we collect

Identity data (names, usernames); contact data (address, email, phone); financial data (payment information, handled by third-party processors); and technical data (IP address, browser information, usage patterns).

Legal basis for processing

We rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate business interests, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations.

The benchmark

Our benchmarking agent at app.growthdirectors.ai runs a conversational assessment of your organisation’s AI maturity. If you take part, we collect the registration details you provide (name, business email, organisation and role) and the responses you give during the assessment.

We process this data for two purposes. First, to produce and deliver your assessment result. Second, for research: the benchmark is a research instrument, and responses contribute to an aggregated knowledge database about how organisations adopt and govern AI. Published research findings are aggregated and never identify a participating organisation or individual.

Registration captures your explicit consent before the assessment begins, and you may withdraw it at any time by contacting info@growth-directors.com. Assessment responses are retained under the retention rules below: kept for as long as they are required for the purposes described here, then deleted or anonymised. Identifying registration details are deleted with your account on request.

Processors we use

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and our business, each bound by a data processing agreement: HubSpot (EU data residency) operates our CRM and processes contact and newsletter form submissions and, with your consent, visit attribution; Infomaniak (Switzerland) hosts this website; and Google Fonts serves the site’s typefaces, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google’s servers.

International transfers

Data remains primarily in Switzerland. Transfers outside Switzerland, the EU or the UK are protected using recognised Data Privacy Frameworks or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

Retention

We process and retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the fulfilment of our contractual and legal obligations. As a general rule, we are subject to a statutory retention period of 10 years for accounting records, contracts, and business correspondence under the Swiss Code of Obligations. Data that is no longer required for its original purpose will be deleted or anonymised, unless further processing is required to preserve evidence within the framework of statutory limitation periods.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or erasure of your data; object to or restrict processing; request portability; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, contact info@growth-directors.com.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site. Tracking cookies are set only with your explicit consent: when you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept the HubSpot tracking cookie, which tells us which page an enquiry originated from. Until you accept — and whenever you decline — that cookie is not set. Accepting and declining are single, equal choices, your decision is stored, and you can change it at any time using the “Cookie settings” control in the page footer. If you decline, the contact and newsletter forms still work; we simply cannot attribute your enquiry to the page it came from.

Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — the FDPIC in Switzerland, the ICO in the UK, or your national authority in the EU.
