About
How a firm this size delivers at enterprise scale.

Growth Directors is a networked organisation, and for an AI-first consultancy that is the point: lean, senior, and assembled around the work. Every relationship is named, so you can check each one yourself.

The network
A delivery capability you can check

Each relationship does a different job: what we co-develop, what we represent, and who delivers the people side. Together they answer how work gets delivered and landed at enterprise scale.

What we represent

Lyzr

Growth Directors is the exclusive Swiss market representative for Lyzr Studio and the wider Lyzr product set. Those are Lyzr products, and we present them as exactly that: a platform we take to market, deploy and support.

What we co-develop

Bitstone

Bitstone, headquartered in Cluj, Romania, with a Zürich subsidiary, is our co-development partner. Together we build products that neither firm would fund alone: shared risk, shared build, shared result. Co-developed with is the accurate description, and we keep to it.

The people side

Elevate Potential

If your function runs on an agentic platform, what happens to your people? Elevate Potential exists to answer that question properly: work redesign, people-first AI implementation, AI leadership fluency, culture change and capability uplift.

Its founder, Peter Whealy, formerly head of EY’s Learning, Leadership and Talent practice in Switzerland and author of “Lead with AI. Stay Human”, delivers the human side of every engagement that needs one.

Operating model
How we operate

We are an AI-first company, and we run ourselves the way we advise clients to run their work. We are a network of contributors, people and AI agents, not a ladder. We divide the work by what each does well: judgement, relationships and accountability sit with people; research, drafting and analysis sit with agents. Neither is above the other; the work is simply different. The founder is one of these contributors, holding the firm’s direction and accountability. Some roles are held by agents today: Independent Advice, a sounding board for the firm’s thinking; sales and business development; and Human Value, which looks after how our contributors work and grow. Others are held by people, and more are joining.

Joining: Head of engineering · Digital Vision Officer

We build in-house. A small engineering team, working alongside our own agents, takes an idea to a working product in weeks rather than quarters. Where a partner brings expertise we don’t hold, we work with development partners to build it. Our agents run mainly on Claude, with other models where they suit the task.

Ronan Langford
Founder
Ronan Langford

Ronan Langford founded Growth Directors. He is a chartered accountant and CFA charterholder whose career has sat where risk, technology and finance meet. He began as an IT auditor at Deloitte, became a partner there in the UK and then in Switzerland, where he led the strategic and operational risk practice and built a sustainability advisory team, and most recently led digital risk across Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa as a senior partner at EY. Along the way he ran a digital start-up and served as a turnaround CFO, so he has sat on both sides of the table.

That work kept putting him inside the functions this site describes, and he kept seeing the same thing: most of the week goes on assembling the picture, not judging it. Growth Directors is built to change that. The machine takes the assembly, and people keep the judgement.
